\t\t\t\t\tWe seek a skilled Modeling and Simulation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing experiments, running simulations, analyzing simulation results, and documenting and presenting findings. This role requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKey Responsibilities:- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to define analytic questions, problem statements, and scope boundaries that guide M&S activities.- Run simulations and collect relevant data to address analytic questions and problem statements.- Analyze simulation results using statistical methods and visualization techniques to extract actionable insights.- Document simulation activities, including experimental design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, in a clear and concise manner.- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and discussions.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of M&S best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization.- Familiarity with M&S tools and programming languages, such as MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C++.

\t\t\t\t\t- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis.- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis techniques.- Experience with running simulation models to conduct experiments.- Proficiency with analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio), Microsoft PowerBI, or Python and Jupyter notebooks.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable insights.- Eligible for Secret/Top-Secret security clearance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.25 - $74.25/hr.
