Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Modeling & Simulation Engineer to join our growing team! In this role you will support the Parsons Universal Modeling & Analysis (PUMA) Lab as well as some direct projects (e.g. Air Base Air Defense (ABAD)). You will be working closely with team members to continue the customization of our PDEF deployment into different client environments, and use PDEF to perform tasks such as sensor coverage analysis and optimization. Developing high fidelity sensor modelsPerform Sensor Coverage Analysis and Optimization. E.g., Sensor SightingPerform Engagement, Threat, & Sensor ModelingPerform Digital Twin Integration into MBSE Architecture DevelopmentPerform Trade Studies and Analytics associated with Air Base Air DefensePerform Command and Control Studies and Analysis


What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field10+ years of combined experience in the different areas of responsibilitiesMBSE Knowledge & ExperienceDigital Twin Development ExperienceRequirements Engineering ExperienceProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) ExperienceRequired Knowledge and Experience with the following Tools: Cameo Systems Modeler, Ansys ModelCenter, STK, & HFSS, AFSIM / EADSIM (AFSIM Preferred)Active SECRET clearance OR eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance in a reasonable timeframe.

What Desired Skills You Might Bring:

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Physics, or related fieldCertification in Systems Engineer (CSEP)Experience with MATLABKnowledgeable of Digital Engineering Ecosystems design

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
