Description Description: Our Client is hiring for 6 to 8 developer roles. They are open to junior candidate from school and or internship. Candidate need a bachelors degree in a Computer Science related major and a minimum of a 3.3 cumulative GPA to get an interview. Open to 3.0 if they have an internship. Client is decentralized and IT departments are set up to support a specific business unit. There technology stack varies through each group and are about 80% Java shop and 20% .NET shop. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an amazing company and culture. They are open to both Java or a .NET and have several openings in both areas. WFH: Candidate will need to be onsite in Lansing or Traverse City location for majority of the first three month with some remote flexibility. Then after the 3 to 6 month mark they will evaluate a hybrid schedule. Some resources are working as little as two days a month on site. Training can vary by team but it could be anywhere from 3-8 weeks depending on the team and pace of the candidate. While the candidate is in training we may offer them 20% WFH each week, which would typically be 4 days in the office and 1 WFH day each week. Once they are out of training their leader may grant more WFH flexibility based performance, this is 2 days per week onsite of each week.
