Essential Job Functions:
Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring services are provided as per contractual obligations and service levels are met or exceededWork closely with Technical Account Manager and Delivery Leads to ensure efficient account operationsCultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goalsInterface with client for strategic planning and reportingCollaborate with leadership to define and track key performance metricsStay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategiesAddress and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessaryProvide regular status updates on account performance to internal and external stakeholdersDirect technical teams in the delivery of dispatch, depot, and project requests from clientBasic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with minimum of 3+ years in a similar roleProven experience in account deliveryProficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadershipContinuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology3+ years leading and managing dispatch, depot, and project teamsThis role is onsite in Miami, Florida
