Kforce has a client in need of a Modernization Project Manager in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Modernization Project Manager will collaborate with Salesforce Modernization Product Manager to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria and strategic alignment * Create and maintain project documentation such as project charter/scope, project plans, status reports and operational checklists * Create project work plans (dependency diagrams) and schedules including identification of resource skills necessary to deliver full project scope * Load and track project work plans and schedules in PMO's enterprise reporting tool * Manage program scope, schedule, budget and resources to successfully fulfill business and technical requirements with high customer satisfaction * Facilitate technical support as needed including but not limited to architectural reviews, compliance reviews and various project artifacts * Manage project issues and risks to prevent potential barriers to project success * Understand Modernization goals, objectives, schedules and functionality; Communicate them clearly to the development team(s) at vendors * As a Modernization Project Manager, you will develop image acceptance test plans, validate test plans with business and drive image testing/acceptance process * Responsible for ensuring all team members have access to the proper systems for interacting with other team members, reviewing materials and testing functionality in the systems and product demos * Maintain budget spreadsheets, tracking billing from vendors, informing progress and alerting senior management of discrepancies
