The datacenter development Modular Preconstruction Manager will lead constructability analysis and construction planning for substantial prefabricated assemblies or entire builds. The person in this role will drive constructability considerations during the design phase of a modular effort, oversee the off-site fabrication processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, will produce a detailed project execution plan, and collaborate with local installation teams.

This role requires a high degree of technical skills and understanding of datacenter construction means and methods, and familiarity with off-site fabrication.

The Modular Preconstruction manager will collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure project success, and shall serve as the “voice of the builder” across all preconstruction efforts.
