Summary: Seeking an experienced Mold Maker for maintenance, repair, and design of injection molds and tooling.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Technical degree or certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years mold making experience.

Proficient in using tool room equipment (lathes, mills, EDMs, grinders).

Experience with CNC equipment programming and operation is a plus.

Skilled in maintaining tight tolerance specifications.

Capable of interpreting part drawings.

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in the design and construction of secondary fixtures.

Familiarity with routine maintenance of customer-owned tooling and molds.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct preventative and routine maintenance on tooling and molds.

Participate in the design, building, maintenance, and repair of injection molds.

Operate mold shop equipment such as lathes, grinders, mills.

Maintain overall housekeeping of the tooling department.

Help achieve established goals and standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently walk and stand for long periods.

Regularly bend and stoop.

Lift and carry weights ranging from 2 to 50 pounds occasionally push or pull objects.
