**Job Title: Mold Maker** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to operate machines such as manual mills and surface grinders for the full mold-making process. You will be responsible for building out new molds and performing mold repairs, working with a cross-functional team of Tooling Engineers, CNC machinists, and EDM machinists. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines such as manual mills and surface grinders for the full mold-making process. + Build new molds and perform mold repairs. + Work with a cross-functional team of Tooling Engineers, CNC machinists, and EDM machinists. + Assemble molds of any complexity with minimal supervision to meet customer approval. + Disassemble and troubleshoot mold problems and collectively determine a plan of action to correct issues within a reasonable cost and time span. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mold making, including plastic and silicone mold making. + Experience in tool and die, mold repair, and tooling. + Skill in tool polishing and maintenance. + Proficiency with Mastercam and CNC machines. + 3+ years of experience in mold making. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred trade school degree in tooling. + Proficiency with surface grinding, CNC milling, and wire EDM machines. + Technical shop math experience. + Knowledge of tool processes. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health insurance including Medical, Dental, and Vision with 0% deductible and copay.
