Adecco Staffing is working with a high-level manufacturing facility in Milford, NH who is looking to hire a mold operator on 1st Shift! This is a temp to hire opportunity. **Position** : Mold Operator **Pay Rate** : $18.00 - $18.50 an hour depending on experience. **Schedule** : 1st Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday **POSITION SUMMARY:** Responsible for running molding machines. Inspection of product produced. The ability to determine if product produced is acceptable and meets quality specifications. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Work under general direction of the department supervisor and/or leader with a minimum of supervision following processes and procedures. + Work from drawings, blueprints, sketches, verbal or written instruction, work orders, process sheets. + Report defective materials, scrap, quality problems, or any other unusual condition or circumstance to technician and/or supervisor immediately. + Maintain personal production and quality standards as determined by supervision. + Responsible for product quality - work must be inspected to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards before, during, and after completion. + Maintain records and other pertinent data as instructed or required. + Operate injection molding machine. + Operate blending machine to be able to combine raw pellets together. + Inspect products for surface defects and flaws. + Position and secure threaded cores and/or over molds into mold. + Fill machine hoppers. + Follow all safety regulations. + Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition. + Cross-train and work in other production areas + Perform similar and other related duties as instructed or required. **SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Versatility required to perform many and varied other assembly and soldering operations manually. + Must have reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts. + Ability to read blueprints and measuring equipment such as: micrometers and calipers preferred. **If you are interested in this position, please apply to this with an updated Resume!** **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
