Through our Give Back program, we own our commitment to Social Responsibility and live our purpose of Packaging a Better Future. **Responsibilities** **Job purpose** The Level#2- Mold Machine Maintenance role isresponsible for performing routine maintenance, repair and service of mold tooling for facility molding equipment. **Duties and responsibilities** The primary job duties and responsibilities are: + Follows all documented safety, quality, and maintenance procedures. + Responds promptly to safety hazards and machine breakdowns. + Understands and interprets blueprints required for work. + Performs change overs to the molding equipment as scheduled. + Performs routine service and mechanical repair on mold tooling. + Maintain an inventory of spares to support production demand. + Completes documentation related to the task at hand. + Maintains excellent housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work area. + Maintains effective communication with operators and plant supervision. + Immediately addresses and reports safety issues or hazards. + Maintains excellent safety record. + Maintains excellent attendance record. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Experience** Experience required: + Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience. + At least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Demonstrated self-compliance with company policies and procedures. + Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); Maintenance Connection experience preferred. **Skills** An individual must have the following skills in the Level#2- Mold Machine Maintenance position: + Interpersonal skills. + Basic computer knowledge. + Effective communication skills. + Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. **Physical requirements** This position is located in a manufacturing location.
