Through our Give Back program, we own our commitment to Social Responsibility and live our purpose of Packaging a Better Future. **Responsibilities** **Job purpose** The Level#2- Mold Machine Maintenance role isresponsible for performing routine maintenance, repair and service of mold tooling for facility molding equipment. **Duties and responsibilities** The primary job duties and responsibilities are: + Follows all documented safety, quality, and maintenance procedures. + Responds promptly to safety hazards and machine breakdowns. + Understands and interprets blueprints required for work. + Performs change overs to the molding equipment as scheduled. + Performs routine service and mechanical repair on mold tooling. + Maintain an inventory of spares to support production demand. + Completes documentation related to the task at hand. + Maintains excellent housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work area. + Maintains effective communication with operators and plant supervision. + Immediately addresses and reports safety issues or hazards. + Maintains excellent safety record. + Maintains excellent attendance record. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Experience** Experience required: + Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience. + At least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Demonstrated self-compliance with company policies and procedures. + Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); Maintenance Connection experience preferred. **Skills** An individual must have the following skills in the Level#2- Mold Machine Maintenance position: + Interpersonal skills. + Basic computer knowledge. + Effective communication skills. + Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. **Physical requirements** This position is located in a manufacturing location. Physical requirements will include but are not limited to: + Standing for lengthy periods of time (frequent) + Sitting for extended periods of time (frequent) + Climbing up/down stairs/ladders/platforms (occasional) + Working in a manufacturing environment that includes periods of hot and cold weather, dust, noise above 85 dBA, occasional odors, and moving equipment (frequent) **Working conditions** An individual that works in the Level#2- Mold Machine Maintenance position: + Must have a basic knowledge of hand and power tools. + Must have mechanical aptitude. + Must be able to stand and/kneel frequently, lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and work in a manufacturing environment. + Must be available on an on-call basis. **Education** High School Diploma or GED Technical certification in a related field preferred **Job Locations** _US-GA-Macon_ **ID** _2025-26895_ **Category** _Operations_ **Position Type** _Full Time_ **Pay Type** _Hourly_
