Location:  Cusseta, AL
Hours: 12 hour shifts
The Injection/Plastic Mold Setter Technician is responsible for controlling the flow of materials into a machine, monitory the process to prevent issues, and interpreting blueprints.  Responsible for overseeing the injection molding process, from setup to quality control and troubleshooting. Ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and safely. 
Qualifications:Technical degree or certification in a related field OR equivalent hands-on experiencePrevious experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar technical roleStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hydraulics, programmable controls, and electronicsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team and follow written instructionsCommitment to quality and safetyResponsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues on machinery and equipmentPerform maintenance and repairs on machines and auxiliary equipment using hand and power toolsConduct preventive maintenance as needed and respond to repair orders promptlySet up and secure molds in machines, ensuring precise alignment and operationMonitor machine operations, adjust settings, and ensure production of high-quality, defect-free partsRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to configure machines for the correct temperature, time settings, and molding parametersInspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformity with specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring injection machines and equipment are     always in good condition Benefits and Perks:Enjoy competitive compensationHealth, vision and dental insurance plansGet paid weekly through direct deposit for every hour you work  Your New Organization: Join a team that values its employees and provides competitive compensation.
