**Job Title: Mold Setter (First Shift) $20/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined Mold Setter to join our team for the first shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and pulling molds according to blueprints, as well as maintaining and operating injection molding equipment. **Responsibilities** + Set and pull molds according to blueprints. + Hook up all water, air, electric, and hydraulic connections. + Clean and hook up all required auxiliary equipment. + Load programs into the machine. + Maintain tags on incoming and outgoing molds. + Complete all necessary paperwork. + Perform material changes as needed. + Evaluate equipment for condition and write maintenance work orders for items needing repair. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mold setup and injection molding. + Mechanical aptitude and experience working with injection molding equipment/materials. + Ability to operate machinery and perform mechanical tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous mold setting experience preferred, but not required. + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. + Capacity to stand and work on feet for the duration of the shift. + Understanding of basic shop math. + Mechanical aptitude (experience working on cars, performing oil changes, using tools to build, etc.). **Why Work Here?** You will have access to a full benefits package upon hire, including two weeks of PTO in the first year.
