**Mold Technician | Entry-Level** **Job Description:** Are you ready to dive into the world of injection molding and ensure smooth production operations? We are looking for a dedicated Mold Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient production processes by: + Checking and correcting process parameters + Completing mold changes + Verifying job cycle times + Working in a clean, climate-controlled environment + Joining a company with projects booked until 2027 **Responsibilities:** + Coordinate with the previous shift to verify the production schedule and current process parameters + Review the production schedule for mold and/or material changes + Check and correct current process parameters, and master monitor records + Ensure timely completion of mold changes + Verify and maintain job cycle times + Control and verify scrap and downtime + Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders **Essential Skills:** + Minimum of 2+ years of injection mold experience + Experience in a manufacturing environment + Proficiency with hand and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Ownership of personal hand/power tools + Ability to read blueprints **Why Work Here?** + **Contract-to-Hire** : Secure a stable future with us + **Booked Out Until 2027** : Enjoy long-term job security + **Tier 1 Supplier to Ford** : Be part of a reputable and reliable organization **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
