**Job Title: Molding Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Molding Machine Operators to join our team. This role involves operating machines, documenting production data, troubleshooting, and performing quality inspections. Candidates must be comfortable working in warm temperatures and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas. **Responsibilities** + Operate molding machines and ensure they run efficiently. + Monitor and document machine performance and production data. + Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise. + Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after machine operation. + Maintain cleanliness in designated areas. + Take samples of chocolate for quality checks. **Essential Skills** + At least 2-3 years of machine operating experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Basic troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). + Experience with production and manufacturing processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with preventive maintenance, inspection, and plant operation. + Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills. + Experience in a fast-paced production environment. + Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or food production facility. **Work Environment** This position is in a food production facility where employees must wear steel-toed shoes, hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and gloves. The work areas can be warm, with temperatures reaching up to 120 degrees in the summer. The facility operates 24/7, and shifts include 1st shift (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM), 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM), and 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM). Employees receive a shift differential of $1 for 2nd shift and $2 for 3rd shift. The schedule includes rotating days off, with candidates expected to work at least two weekends per month. Employees should be comfortable with time management, working in louder than average noise levels, and going up and down stairs regularly. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
