**Adecco is now hiring for Sit-Down Material Handlers!** **Shifts:** 36/48 hours per week (Sunday – Saturday) **Pay Rate:** $13.50 per hour **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **Sit-Down Material Handler** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for locating and identifying parts in the warehouse, operating sit-down forklifts to move materials, and using RF scanners to check inventory. Daily forklift safety checks and adherence to safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials, are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret documents to locate and identify warehouse parts. + Operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials safely. + Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory. + Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report any issues. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations while handling hazardous materials. + Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds. **Requirements:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** + Valid forklift certification with a minimum of **2 years of experience** . + Ability to read and follow instructions accurately. + Basic math skills for counting and weighing materials. + Experience using RF scanners or similar inventory-tracking technology. + Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and moving materials. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior experience in a **manufacturing or warehouse** environment. **Pay Details:** $13.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
