Job Title: Molding Operator
Job Description

Candidates will be moving between both the injection mold and assembly areas. Injection mold operation consists of closing the door, pressing go, unloading the part, and basic trimming of the part. Assembly will consist of putting very basic plastic medical parts together and packaging them. Work can be very repetitive, so candidates need to be okay with that.

ResponsibilitiesOperate injection mold machines by closing the door, pressing go, unloading the part, and performing basic trimming.Assemble basic plastic medical parts and package them.Move between injection mold and assembly areas as required.Read and follow work orders accurately.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.Good communication skills.Ability to read and understand work orders.Additional Skills & QualificationsSome manufacturing experience is very helpful.Injection mold experience is a plus but not required.Strong attendance and positive attitude are crucial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in a very clean, medical environment. Assembly areas and some of the presses are in Class 7 and Class 8 Clean Rooms. We have a nice break room in our brand-new building.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
