(https://twitter.com/BerryGlobalInc) **Responsibilities** **Night Shift Available** **Hourly Range: $18.44/HR - $26.33/HR** **Night shift differential: $1.00/HR** + Compression Operation Molding, Finishing and Packaging Equipment + Determine cause of equipment problems and correct + Repair/Replace equipment as needed to maintain effective operations + Analyze and solve productivity issues + Instruct others in set-up and monitoring of equipment + Perform assigned P.M. functions + Adhere to work instructions to insure safe and efficient operation of equipment. + Monitor, Inspect, and Package Product + Take corrective action, as appropriate, to maintain/improve the product quality + Inspect product as necessary to insure quality + Prepare, Train and Utilize product quality control plans to insure quality product is being produced + Follow good manufacturing practices + Relieve other personnel as assigned + Other Duties as Assigned (including but not limited to) + Participate in daily team meetings + Contribute/implement ideas to improve operation performance + Perform miscellaneous projects and data collection tasks **Qualifications** 1. High school diploma or GED equivalency 2. Read, write and speak English 3. Past experience / proven ability 4. Pass Technical Exam **Preferred Skills:** 1. Precision measurement instrument use 2. Blue Print reading 3.
