WORK SHIFT

NIGHT (United States of America)

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Performs non-routine technical assignments of substantial variety and complexity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1.    Repairs, troubleshoots and maintains complex manufacturing equipment.
2.    Performs assignments of a non-routine nature for which operational precedents are not fully applicable. 
3.    Adjusts and operates equipment, pointing out deviations resulting from equipment malfunction or observational errors.
4.    Receives technical advice from supervisor and/or engineers for complex problems.
5.    Assists with training Maintenance Technician I & II’s.
6.    Working overtime may be required for this position.
7.    Performs other duties and tasks as required.

•    Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. – local practice may apply.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    Education equivalent to a High School Diploma and five years of previous technician experience.
•    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical equipment problems.
•    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
•    Ability to work well as a team member.
•    Knowledge of various tooling and testing equipment.
•    Mechanical aptitude.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
