The consultant will work under general supervision, reporting to a supervisor or manager, and will be responsible for executing molecular processes in an ISO9001-certified environment to advance our crop science initiatives. Proficiency in DNA cloning is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide laboratory support, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and safety standards, including training, documentation, lab operations, and automation. + Act as an on-site scientist specializing in plant biology. + Produce deliverables at a production scale for downstream partners, ensuring accurate batching and documentation within data systems. + Support deviation resolution processes. + Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. + Experience with molecular biology techniques. + Ability to learn new data systems and adhere to best practice documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1–3 years of experience in molecular biology techniques. **Pay Details:** $32.00 to $34.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
