completion of provided Hartford Hospital Arrhythmia recognition and interpretation training prior to completing orientation ability to test out if prior experience Must be able to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information in EnglishKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirements Basic Knowledge of ECG interpretation medicalcardiac terminology preferredAbility to maintain focus for long periodsAbility to work in an environment with high activity and multiple prioritiesProficiency with navigating all aspects of electronic monitor systemWithin scope of job requires critical thinking skills with attention to detail decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervisionIntermediate level computer efficiency Demonstrated attention to detail in all aspects of workStrong ability to use skillful communication with members of the healthcare delivery team Uses communication skills to foster a healthy work
