A mortgage lender is hiring a Branch Manager in Coral Gables, 33144. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering a base salary + bonus structure + benefits. Salary is up to $95,000.00

About the company: This is a small private mortgage lender with multiple offices throughout the US and internationally. The Miami office space was recently secured and we’re in the process of hiring mortgage process, brokers, clerical and administrative staff along with a Mortgage Underwriter.

About the position: The role will handle their own residential mortgage pipeline and must be comfortable with selling loans. The manager will oversee a small staff of 5-6 employees while they lead their team and expand the office. The branch manager must be licensed: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). This role reports to the executive team.

Minimum Requirements
Active/Registered (NMLS)
Leadership/Management experience
5+ years in a management role
10+ years of experience in mortgage, banking or finance
A degree (B.A or B.S) is strongly preferred but not required
