Mortgage Customer Service Representative
Location: Daytona Beach, Florida, 32114, United States Placement: Contract to Hire Duration: 520 hours (will be extended depending on the performance) Work Set-up: Hybrid 2-day RTO (Trainings will be facilitated on-site) Salary Rate: $17/hour Key Responsibilities: + Manage approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with call durations averaging 11-14 minutes, while remaining adaptable to fluctuations in call volume. + Address insurance servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions, predominantly focusing on homeowners' insurance. + Respond to inquiries primarily related to payment and coverage questions with accuracy and efficiency. + Utilize multiple systems to conduct research, document phone calls, and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries. + Consistently meet internal and external standards while ensuring quick and precise responses to all inquiries. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally and effectively. Qualification: + Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. + Proficiency in multitasking and navigating various systems simultaneously. + Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic call environment. + Prior experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is preferred.
