Description Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer II Location: Farmington, NM AND Durango, CO | Department: Mortgage Lending We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer II to join our team in Farmington, NM AND our newest branch in Durango CO. You will work at both locations, a couple days out of the week. In this role, you will focus on originating, reviewing, and evaluating mortgage loan applications while delivering exceptional service aligned with core company values. Key responsibilities include interviewing and guiding members through the loan process, evaluating creditworthiness, analyzing critical financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will also educate members on financial planning, underwriting guidelines, and mortgage products while fostering strong relationships both internally—with branches and contact centers—and externally, with realtors and builders. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of mortgage lending principles and regulations. If you have at least one year's experience in loan origination, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to hold and maintain NMLS registration, we encourage you to apply.
