Our loan officers dependably build strong relationships with their customers, which lends itself to deepening their customer’s financial relationship with Johnson Financial Group. What sets us apart: Our company size is ideal – we are big enough to have the bells and whistles similar to those of larger institutions, yet small enough to deliver personalized service which allows our associates to have a personal impact. We have local lenders rooted in the communities we serve, paired with local processing, underwriting and servicing. We have a great team atmosphere. Our pre-approvals are fully underwritten which gives our customers a stronger position when negotiating to purchase a property. Our loan officers are very hands on and truly care about the customer experience and meeting closing dates. Builders prefer to work with us because of our flexible program options and timely processing for draws. We service for the life of the loan. Our customers will always talk to a member of the JFG team for any of their loan servicing needs. We are here to deliver the best customer experience through our highly talented mortgage team enabled by technology and infrastructure.
