A nationwide mortgage lender is hiring a Mortgage Processor in Hialeah Gardens, 33018. This is a permanent position w/ full time hours. Pay is negotiable. Benefits are offered after a 90 day probationary period.

About the mortgage lender: An established lender and brokerage firm that offers residential and commercial loans nationwide. This is a small branch office with approximately 10 mortgage originators/mortgage brokers.

About the position: The mortgage processor is responsible for residential loan mortgage processing. Support the sales team. Run credit, print GFEs, order supporting loan documents. Documents include payoffs, lien letters, estoppel, order title/escrow and submit package to mortgage underwriter. Coordinate closings and help clear conditions.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of residential loan mortgage processing
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Independent and self motivated
