Description + Manages the escalation the team so main things are issuing final approvals + Handle income, assets, etc. + Process through complex files + Analyze wage income, self-employment - Need to be diverse in forms of income + Processing for final review Additional Skills & Qualifications + Looking for candidates with basic mortgage knowledge, such as understanding assets, wage income, and loan documents, open to training + At least 3 years of experience of loan processor or junior underwriting + Experience with (conventional, fha, va, jumbo loans) + Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, bank statements + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM Location: 100% In-office in Plano, TX #centralpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
