The purpose of this job is to provide daily administrative support for department staff and coordinate projects as assigned.

Responsibilities Performs administrative functions to support the department such as, expense requests, ordering of supplies, distribution of mail, answering phones, filing, etc.Preparation and distribution of reports and filesCoordinate projects to assist department associatesAssists customers to resolve questions or concernsMaintains manager’s business calendar reminding them of scheduled meetings and appointmentsAssist Mortgage Market Sales Manager with analysis of income and assets, calculate debt ratios, running of DU and document for processing Ability to process files if neededCommunicate mortgage product options, quote interest rates, accept loan applications, request follow up documents from customers, disclose LE’s, all at the direction and supervision of the Mortgage Market Sales ManagerWork in conjunction with the Mortgage Market Sales Manager to assist with the coordination of sales and marketing strategies, sales meetings, open houses, etc., for the defined marketPerform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 2 years previous administrative experience requiredGeneral knowledge of banking Interpersonal skillsOral and written communication skillsCustomer service skillsTime management skills to prioritize workloadJunior college/two-year education preferred

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
