Job Description:At Regions, the Mortgage Pricing/Risk Analyst ensures accurate and timely pricing of products across the Mortgage Division.
Primary Responsibilities
Checks market prices that are used for pricing, hedging, marking the inventory, pipeline and trade positions to the secondary marketEnsures updates for daily pricing model and produces rate sheets for the sales forceWorks with trading partners to verify/confirm tradesPrepares ad hoc and scheduled reports for senior management in addition to other departments within the Mortgage divisionMaintenance of the Quantitative Risk Management system (QRM)Submits various changes to the Empower system and provides testing to ensure accurate programming resultsAssists with complex projectsProvides advice and guidance to less-experienced analysts, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvementThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

High School Diploma or GEDFive (5) years of mortgage banking experiencePreferences
