You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Mortgage Pricing/Risk Analyst ensures accurate and timely pricing of products across the Mortgage Division. **Primary Responsibilities** + Checks market prices that are used for pricing, hedging, marking the inventory, pipeline and trade positions to the secondary market + Ensures updates for daily pricing model and produces rate sheets for the sales force + Works with trading partners to verify/confirm trades + Prepares ad hoc and scheduled reports for senior management in addition to other departments within the Mortgage division + Maintenance of the Quantitative Risk Management system (QRM) + Submits various changes to the Empower system and provides testing to ensure accurate programming results + Assists with complex projects + Provides advice and guidance to less-experienced analysts, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvement This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED + Five (5) years of mortgage banking experience **Preferences** + Associate's degree + Prior experience in secondary marketing or pricing analysis **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to management + General knowledge of the mortgage environment, processes and procedures + High level of accuracy Additional Job Description + This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
