Proficient in re-keying applications and more complex transactions.
Accurately assembling and/or indexing documents that have been faxed into the File NET imaging system; Precise data entry.
Contingency Management: Proficient in more complex documents; Monitoring and reviewing documentation requirements for appraisals, title and hazard/flood insurance reports. Following up on missing or late vendor items.
Payoff: Obtaining and updating required payoffs.
Assisting with daily work assignments.
Document Preparation: Review more complex and state-specific requirements; Reviewing approved applications for documentation requirements and preparing various closing documents. Book/Fund: Preparing disbursements for checks and wires.
Review more complex and state-specific requirements.
Reconciliation: Monitoring closed loan pipeline to ensure timely funding; researching and completing requests for information.
Effectively handles and resolves complex transactions including customer escalations.
MUST HAVE Title, Chain of Title document background/knowledge in Mortgage
This is different from the traditional Vault Clerk that is pulling files and she will need people that have worked with mortgage docs (notes, deeds, etc) and can identify all requirements were met as these loans are being pulled for sale.
