Responsible for analyzing and accurately processing insurance documentation into a loan tracking system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview and input insurance documentation in proprietary loan-insurance tracking systemAccurately complete all assigned tasks and/or additional tasks if neededIdentify and report areas of needed process improvement to immediate supervisorMaintain a monthly QA assessment average of 90% or betterMay be required to train/act as backup to Customer Service, answering overflow phone calls and requests for expertise, as needed, to ensure 95% service level is met each dayInitiate and sustain communication with clients and employees, as needed, to maintain accurate information in insurance tracking systemMaintain necessary relationship with clients and employees to ensure quality customer service standards are metMaintain a working knowledge of mortgage insurance and lendingDevelops and maintains positive working relationshipsOther job responsibilities as assigned by managementThe essential duties contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required and the scope of responsibility.
