We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role serves an important role in supporting our director and management with a variety of tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our internal and external clients. Our Administrative Assistants:
Welcomes visitors and assists all guests and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested; Maintains information by organizing virtual and physical filing systems. Inputs, updates, and processes database information while preparing reports as needed; Ensures client files are created and terminated properly;
Assists the Executive Director with communicating, mailing, and messaging Home Care workers; Performs other duties as assigned.
