**Description** A.T. Still University's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-MOSDOH) is seeking non-exempt Pre-Clinical Adjunct Faculty on the Kirksville, Missouri, campus. Adjunct faculty members provide hands-on, pre-clinical instruction to first and second year dental students. Please note that adjunct positions are only filled on an as-needed basis. **Major Job Duties** + Instruct an assigned group of first- or second-year dental students in a simulated patient-care (laboratory) environment + Assess and record students’ daily progress using standardized grading criteria + Assist with grading of students’ SOAP notes, professionalism, and daily laboratory projects + Attend required faculty calibration sessions + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + DDS, DMD, or BD degree + Team oriented + Willing to work with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff in a collegial manner **Qualifications** **Skills** **Required** + **Mentoring:** Intermediate + **Team Player:** Intermediate + **Communication:** Intermediate **Education** **Required** + Doctorate or better in Dental Medicine **Experience** **Required** + Experience in clinical dentistry **Preferred** + Work experience in academic setting is preferred In demonstrating mutual respect for all members of the ATSU community, ATSU is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
