The primary purpose of the organization unit is to support field units in the delivery of the Highway Maintenance Improvement Program (HMIP), Roadway Maintenance Improvement Program (RMIP) and other maintenance programs through the development and delivery of contracts. This position will assist in the development and contracting of the HMIP, Interstate Maintenance Projects, TAP ADA projects by assisting field units in the development of programs, plans, preparation of estimates and packages for Resurfacing and Preservation contracts utilizing DOT staff, Contract Engineering Inspection (CEI) personnel, General Engineering Services Contractors (GESC) and On-call Engineering Services Contractors to ensure effective program development and delivery.
