We are working with a dynamic and rapidly expanding motor insurance company that is setting up operations in the Netherlands. This company is on a mission to revolutionize the motor insurance industry with innovative, customer-focused solutions. As part of their growth, they are looking to add a talented and motivated Motor Insurance Policy Administrator to their team.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing motor insurance policies for the company. This remote position requires a strong administrator with an interest in the insurance industry. The candidate will be responsible for writing and processing motor insurance policies, maintaining policy records, and supporting various projects related to policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and issue motor insurance policies for new and existing clients. Maintain and update policy records in accordance with company procedures. Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and projects related to policy management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide administrative support for after-sales activities, including policy renewals and amendments. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to policies and coverage.

Requirements:

Experience in motor insurance or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software. Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
