What you'll do…
Own Customer Racing Programs Lead team of partners and suppliers through process. Organize vehicle BoMs, CAD, and parts ordering to support vehicle builds, testing and racing. Work with Flat Rock Assembly Plant on production part BOM, plant parts pick, and parts inventory Pre-program work including investigation of potential new projects, future cycle plan and engineering studies of potential endeavors Manage suppliers throughout build for parts delivery and vehicle assembly Develop specifications and build competition cars Cars for single make race series, other racing series, and track-day users Program needs to maintain a reasonable price to the customer Manage testing to validate content and ensure programs meet requirementsCommunicate effectively with the Ford Performance team, external race team personnel, Suppliers, and Sanctioning entities Work directly with customers to help them learn their vehicles and address any concerns Establish appropriate support program for customer racing programs Support racing series with At Track customer support Deliver high quality results to tight deadlines in a fast-paced motorsports environment
