No assumptions will be made. *** Responsibilities Drives various types of automobiles from sedans to passenger vans and trucks weighing up to 10,000 pounds to deliver customer food orders on post Collects money for delivered orders and reconciles with delivery tickets Fills out driver's accident report in case of accident. Performs driver's maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations Performs lower graded Food Service and Custodial duties when not needed to operate vehicle. Performs other duties as assigned. Works under direct supervision of duty manager. New or unusual work assignments are thoroughly spelled out prior to work being assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Possess prior cash handling experience, and a valid driver's license. PCS Costs: Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs ARE NOT AUTHOIRIZED, based on a determination that a PCS move IS NOT in the Government's interest. FWS Allowances and Differentials This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position. All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee. Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800.
