Summary You will serve as a Motor Vehicle Operator Supervisor of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will Direct changes in assignments to accommodate priority needs of motor vehicle operations. You will Adjust staffing levels or work procedures to accommodate resource allocations. You will Collaborate with work leaders or supervisors to plan and schedule motor vehicle work. You will Work in partnership with key management personnel to provide status and resolve work problems. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
