Key Responsibilities:
Complete repair orders promptly and efficiently. Meet workshop labour targets and upsell when possible. Diagnose customer issues, offer solutions, and communicate clearly. Order and allocate parts for timely repair completion. Stay updated on new technology through training and bulletins. Support the Service Manager and Foreman in daily tasks. Ensure a clean, organised workspace and care for vehicles. Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal). Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans; third language an advantage). Motor dealership experience (premium segment preferred). JLR certification advantageous. Computer literate. Essential Competencies:
