Motorcycle Sales Manager - RideNow Fort Worth

RideNow Powersports is looking for a dynamic and experienced Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our motorcycle division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of motivated sales professionals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for all our guests.

Your leadership skills and passion for powersports will be matched by your previous success in retail sales management. You will work closely with the upper management to develop training programs, motivate your team, and enhance overall dealership performance.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations of the motorcycle sales department to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support and mentorship to the sales team. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies. Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure goals are met or exceeded. Develop relationships with customers and maintain a high standard of customer service. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive sales. Prepare regular reports for upper management regarding sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively coach the sales team. Perform other related duties as assigned to enhance dealership performance.
