**Job Description** **Hybrid:** This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Concord, NC three times per week, at minimum. **The Role** To strengthen our racing team, we are seeking a **NASCAR Lead Engineer** for our Applied Vehicle Dynamics group. This role involves leading a team of dedicated NASCAR simulation engineers, facilitating team feedback to GM simulation development entities, aiding in the development and refinement of vehicle modeling inputs, and helping to develop baseline simulation settings for on-track events. You will collaborate with GM engineers in the race teams to provide implementation assistance, support tool use, apply standard methodologies, and ensure clear feedback to development teams. All projects must be delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
