Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $24.50 to $27.40+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
Supports Vehicle Maintenance, Warehouse, and Transportation departments with Service and Parts requests. Daily work functions consist of scheduling Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance repairs, communicating with internal departments to update status of repairs in progress, coordinate parts for incoming and ongoing repairs. Liaison between techs and warehouse staff. Create, update and audit work orders in the computerized maintenance management system. Load and unload materials in support of Vehicle Maintenance and Central Warehouse operations. Assist in team schedule planning. Create and update reports, document tasks, parts cost, labor cost, and downtime to support Vehicle Maintenance goals. Assist with work assignment. Previous vehicle operations or guest service experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedules all PM work and ensures all parts are onsite before vehicles and equipment are brought in for repairs. Works with internal departments to set appointments.
Communicates status updates continuously throughout the day with internal customers.
Answers phones and is the first line of contact for internal customers, greets visitors helping and giving directions as appropriate.
Monitors parts ETA’s and schedules incoming work accordingly.
Audits special order parts weekly and ensure returns are made in a timely manner, ensuring credit is received.
Is the liaison between Vehicle Maintenance and Central Warehouse.
Monitors tech work status for completion and relays potential missed deadlines to foreman and managers.
Audits work orders daily for overall completion.
Assist with asset downtime tracking.
Assist with separation of WO types for tracking purposes.
Works with Vehicle Maintenance Manager to continuously monitor preventative maintenance programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identifies incoming work request and works with Foreman/Vehicle Maintenance Manager to identify shop priorities based on Mountain needs.
Support Vehicle Maintenance operation in multiple ways including but not limited to driving vehicles, picking up parts and materials throughout Colorado as needed, and assist in non-technical roles.
Audits spare key program.
Ensures all Vehicle Maintenance service is properly scheduled, recorded, organized and saved for historical reference and regulatory inspection.
Audits work order time and materials entry, questioning excessive time and parts cost.
Work with the Central Purchasing team to ensure parts are ordered and received.
Administer service productivity, financial activity recording and reporting in accordance with accounting/finance policy & procedure, departmental budgetary guidance, and management directive. Including internal department reporting and corporate reporting, department and technician parts usage, labor time and external service tracking.
Under guidance of department management/supervisory staff update and administer department maintenance procedures, forms, schedules, equipment records.
Assist in ordering and tracking parts verifying receipt and entering in the system. Ensure parts stock is adequate and replenished.
Maintain storeroom and inventory security during normal work hours.
Analyze inventory histories and consumption to ensure proper reorder quantities. Conduct regular physical inventories and cycle counts.
Verifies vendor’s statements, invoices, freight bills and other accounts payable with department records. Corrects and/or reports discrepancies and process payment approvals
Handles on a daily basis the purchase of fuels and maintenance of daily required governmental records.
Manages monthly invoices to bill departments for fuel and other repair charges
Assists on a daily/monthly basis tracking costs for department and labor for department and cost analysis along with statistical data as assigned.
Manages vehicle registrations in accordance with federal, state, local regulations
Coordinate and assist employees with administrative matters
Maintains and coordinates repairs of office equipment, orders supplies and tracks expenditures of each
Operates all Powdr Copper Mountain vehicles in a safe manner and follows maintenance procedures while keeping the vehicles clean and in good repair.
Receive, unpack, examine good shipped and reconcile to PO and invoices.
Be familiar with all vehicle maintenance operations.
Keeps assigned work areas clean and in orderly condition.
Work within all state and federal regulations, including OSHA and local Fire Marshall.
Coordinate material activity functions such as returns to vendors, return to stock, transfers and exchanges.
Maintain Colorado UST B Operators License.

Basic Requirements:
Be able to fluently read, speak, and write the English language.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Hearing must be adequate in adverse conditions.
Must have a valid US Driver's license.
This position may require the use of a motor vehicle and the employee is subject to comply with the Driver’s Standards of Copper Mountain.
Be prepared and able to work at station in office environment for full scheduled work hours. Department office environment may involve occasional noisy, dusty, and odorous conditions.
Be prepared and able to stand in a relatively stationary position for extended periods (2 to 4 hours) to perform specific maintenance functions.
Be prepared and able to potentially operate equipment i.e., snowmobiles and other off-road vehicles with proper training in potentially adverse weather conditions.
Be prepared and able to work extended hours (10+ hours/day) in a safe manner and in all adverse working conditions.
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or above preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs and typing proficiency.
Experience and familiarity in the field of vehicle maintenance and/or warehouse operations highly desired – will be the trainable requirement of a successful candidate. Other fields of maintenance or operations experience can be beneficial.
Financial tracking and bookkeeping experience preferred.
Excellent communication and time management skills with independent decision-making ability.
Ability to maintain Colorado UST B Operators License.
