This position is responsible for overseeing the new resident Move In experience in accordance with guidance from the General Manager and adhering to all established Bell Partner’s Inc policies and procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Oversight of the new resident Move In experienceUtilize the New Move In Checklist to ensure all necessary and required documents are collected and uploaded to new resident file before move in dateAssist in any post Move In maintenance needs of the new resident up to 30 days of move in dateMeet regularly with General Manager and Resident Services Manager to discuss new resident experience performanceMaintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the communityField any resident concerns and coordinate resolution with General Manager or other members of the leadership teamPerform other administrative duties as assigned by the Community ManagerRegular attendance and punctuality

Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

Additional duties as assigned. This position is continually evolving based on needs of the community and additional duties will be required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Excel requiredYardi knowledge preferredMust demonstrate support of Bell Core ValuesMust demonstrate support of BAL strategic driversMust demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer serviceMust demonstrate ability to successfully work on a teamMust be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writingMust be able to understand directives both orally and in writingMust have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexibleMust present a professional image and adhere to Bell Partner’s Inc professional attire policyMust be resourceful and well organized

Education and Background:

High school diplomaStrong customer service experience required1+ years property management industry experience preferredPrevious supervisory experience preferred
