We are recruiting a Moves Manager to join the team located in Dublin but to be able to travel through Ireland & EMEA to administer projects. The purpose of the role is to: + Works as part of the project team, developing the scope and move schedule for the project. + Supervising the supply chain & their teams in the safe delivery of MAC projects. + Ensure all MAC projects delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the MAC Ireland Lead + Ensure that all MAC projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements / contracts. + Ensure that all MAC projects are QHSE compliant & within the CBRE MAC procedure. **Summary** **General Activities:** + Provide leadership in identifying and specifying MAC project opportunities. + Provide a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all MAC Activity on projects + Complete MAC projects on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties. + Facilitate project kick-off meetings with client staff and key stakeholders + Participates in planning meetings hosted by the client or by CBRE and other key stakeholders + Develop and implement move project plan and budget through collaboration with the supply chain & key stakeholders + Maximise profit through cost reductions. + Identify and win MAC projects through effective relationships. + Provide support for the creation of MAC process documentation (Playbooks) + Promote and maintain the core values of CBRE. + Position to work out of Dublin CBRE Head office, or on clients sites across the Island of Ireland with some flexible remote working. + Willing to travel across UK & EMEA for scoping and project durations. **Business Development:** + Develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities with the MAC Ireland Lead. + Develop and manage bids, tenders and proposals as requested. + Function as a subject matter expert for MAC related services + Assist the sales process through solutions development, innovations, participation in presentations and consultation meetings. **Building Relationships:** + Develop effective relationships with current and potential customers through demonstrating our capability in project delivery for MAC. + Build strong relationships with supply partners. + Work with operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the MAC projects business with effective team working and support of colleagues. **Financial management:** + Development of MAC project financial plans. + Leverage margins on projects by working with subcontractors and suppliers to reduce project costs. **Person Specification** **Skills** + Commercial awareness + Communication skills + Excellent client relationships skills + Stakeholder Management + Risk Management & Mitigation + Managing conflicting needs + Networking skills + Strong Microsoft Excel & Project + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team, ensuring proactiveness to projects. + People and contractor management skills + Knowledge & ability to create space plans using AutoCAD **Knowledge** + Knowledge of the Move logistics (Porterage), office space planning + Knowledge of furniture supply chains + Proven experience of managing corporate moves (Min 3 years) + Project management methodology for MAC + Proven experience of working with AutoCAD + Proven experience of CAD space planning, preferably within a corporate environment (Min 3 years) + Knowledge of change management not essential but desirable + Knowledge of CAFM systems not essential but desirable **Experience** + Experience of developing new MAC project opportunities + Successfully managed projects over 1200+ employees annually **Aptitude** + Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills + An excellent relationship builder + Highly motivated and self-aware + Highly organised with attention to detail + Ability to network + Results focused + Innovative + Handle high levels of information from a wide range of sources + Flexibility with work hours + Travel essential (Driving Licence & Car req.)
