Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare bi-weekly “Available for Sale” listings and distribute to customers. Complete daily Shipping and Receiving report. Update MoveMore performance spreadsheets and graphs. Prepare and maintain any future reports which may be required by management.
Process transactions of equipment rentals and sales, including invoicing. Process disposal transactions of scrap equipment. Utilize QuipWare database to update, analyze and confirm equipment transactions and statuses. Make changes as required to database. Assist supervisor with all required battery and charger transactions, including creating and closing work orders in database.
Assist counterpart in maintaining short term rental billing. This would include stopping and restarting rentals, daily invoicing and generating monthly and year-end reports.
Work with customers and co-workers to resolve outstanding invoices. Assist in organizing and formatting information for presentations and reports. Assist In preparing Power Point presentations as needed. Analyze and extract information from inventory reports as required. Provide support to co-workers when necessary. Perform various tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Associate’s Degree in Business or Accounting field preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel). PowerPoint and Access is a plus.
Experience in a continuous improvement environment helpful.
