Responsibilities:
Leads execution of the Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) team within the JSP enterprise environment to include activations/deactivations, installations, relocations, and upgrades of equipment. Leads a proficient MACs Execution Team. Leads all MACs execution tasks, including hardware moves, port activations/deactivations, and office reconfigurations. Ensures compliance with JSP's change management process and tracks MAC statuses. Analyzes recurring problems related to MACs, networks, and systems under JSP's purview. Tracks all MAC requests and provides visibility of statuses to customers. Prepare monthly summary reports. Manages all Change Requests (CRQs) for additions, removals, and modifications to Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) maintenance coverage. Prepares, submits, and tracks CRQ approvals. Update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in order to trace MACs. Follows change and configuration management policies and processes. Oversees the execution of projects within budget and on schedule.
