Moves Analyst Job ID 172918 Posted 21-Jun-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Sunrise - Florida - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Moves Analyst, you will oversee the administrative assistance and implementation support of the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in the delivery of projects. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services. **What You’ll Do:** + Interact directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. + Identifiy project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple request for proposals; completes bid analysis with management support. Recommends resources to clients. + Lead project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team) providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals. + Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources advised. Facilitates project meetings. + Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. + Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. + Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with management support. + Implement standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Other duties as assigned. + Manage 3rd party project delivery resources/team Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Prior Project Management experience. PMP and LEED Certifications preferred + Proficiency in AutoCAD. + Experience with CAFM/IWMS programs highly preferred. + Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Interpersonal skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills.
