MPS Coordinator
Our client, a leader in the maintenance and parts industry, is seeking an MPS Coordinator to join their team. As an MPS Coordinator, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** MPS Coordinator **Location:** Elk Grove, CA **Pay Range:** $21.23 per hour **What's the Job?** + Perform daily storeroom activities including parts ordering, expediting, receiving, inspecting, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control. + Manage computerized storeroom operations; compare inventories to record management systems or compute figures from records such as purchase invoices to obtain current inventory. + Organize and move parts in the storeroom, which may weigh up to 50 pounds. + Stock and issue materials or merchandise as needed. + Plan, implement, and follow up on best practices in stores and purchasing. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED. + One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Ability to perform manual labor and handle physical tasks. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Effective communication and teamwork abilities. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in inventory management and storeroom operations. + Develop skills that are essential in the maintenance and parts industry. + Be part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. + Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance department.
