Our client, a leader in facility maintenance, is seeking a MPS (Maintenance Parts Storeroom) Coordinator to join their team. As a MPS Coordinator, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** MPS (Maintenance Parts Storeroom) Coordinator
**Location:** Elk Grove, CA
**Pay Range:** $22.53 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Receiving and verifying incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
+ Accurately storing parts in designated locations using proper labeling and organization systems.
+ Processing parts requests from maintenance technicians and generating purchase orders for needed parts.
+ Issuing parts to maintenance technicians based on approved work orders.
+ Maintaining a clean and organized storeroom environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
+ Proficiency in inventory management software.
+ Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent communication skills to interact with maintenance technicians and vendors.
