Responsibilities
Provide technical and analytical support to the HQ ACC/A5IQ in the development and integration of requirements into existing and/or planned systems.
Assist in planning documents and activities to include, but not limited to O&M, various acquisition activities, requirements development and developmental planning.
Provide technical and analytical assistance including evaluating operational capabilities and addressing operational needs.
Provide development, analysis, and process assistance in all Program Objective Memorandum and Amended Program Objective Memorandum activities.
Assist in the development, validation, and coordination of varied requirements documents
Assist in investment strategy planning.
Advise ACC/A5IQ on operational, logistics, and technical issues, transition strategy, project schedules, program plans, and other time-sensitive documents.
Qualifications
Must possess an Active TS/SCI Clearance
Must have a minimum of an associate degree from an accredited university
Must have a minimum of 3 years of staff experience at the USAF MAJCOM, NAF, or Wing level
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, staff or working MQ-9, AF ISR, Communications, and IT systems.
Must have current knowledge and understanding and systems knowledge of the MQ-9 cockpit, command/control, and aircraft.
Must be knowledge of Federal Budget and Resource Allocation process and procedures in support of ACC/A5IQ, including but not limited to MQ-9.
Must be knowledge of the process and procedures in which ACC programs and budgets are developed, staffed, and approved by Air Force
